This episode explores the experience of Anthony Di Cristofaro who entered into the apprenticeship space as a mature age apprentice. Anthony speaks of the decision and his journey through the training. But it doesn’t finish there! Anthony has an amazing story to tell about the impact and change that being an apprentice has given him. The work and experiences that have followed him are inspiring.

We also hear from Darren Cocks – A Director of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network on what is happening in the Apprenticeship space and what are the  emerging skills areas people could think about. Darren is an Apprentice Industry Expert!

We finish up with some insights and advice for parents, career advisers and people to get greater participation in apprenticeships and skills training.
