SALT is a non-profit incorporated organisation, which began to provide a support network for tradeswomen, apprentices and women who wish to enter the trades. Providing support and mentoring to tradeswomen in Australia including apprentices and women seeking to work in the trades. SALT represents many different trades and seeks to empower women all over Australia to follow their dream career. SALT has run over 200 SkillWomen Workshops since 2009, with almost 10,000 participants across five states of Australia.
