National Skills Week was officially launched in NSW on Monday night, 18th August at the Four Seasons ballroom. The event was a Magical Mystery Tour of Skills Cabaret night and included performances and involvement by students from TAFEs as well as Private Training Providers. Through a silent and live auction almost $20,000.00 was raised towards the TAFE Directors Australia National Scholarships Foundation to assist disadvantaged students.
