Glenn Innes High School is inviting peak bodies, apprenticeship centres, training services, TAFE, students, parents and local businesses to attend their SBATS information evening hosted during National Skills Week 2019.

The event will introduce students, businesses and parents to the peak bodies involved in SBATS. Current SBATS will talk about their experience and there is potential for a business to share their experience as well. The event will inform the public, community and current students about school based traineeships and apprenticeships. Encouraging businesses to take on apprenticeships and traineeships as well.  On the evening the hospitality students will cater the event with nibbles and finger food. At the end with coffee and cake there will be the opportunity for students to mingle with industry professional and ask questions and interact with the professionals.
