A friendly competition encouraging culinary students currently enrolled to participate in enhancing your creative side and culinary flair using South Australian award winning products. It will be a great time to try the trade and showcase culinary skills while promoting a healthy balanced and nutritional approach to your cooking using our state’s award winning olive oil and olives.

The event will be held at Meridian Vocational college’s purpose built training kitchen -Say.Kitchen 78 Currie St Adelaide and be hosted by a selected panel of world accredited judges and leading industry representatives, and will showcase the very best chefs the state has to offer.
