Certificate II in Salon Assistant and Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics Newstead College students will be entering in a hair and makeup competition to coincide with National Skills Week. Students will have an hour and a half to design a current creative evening look. Judges are coming in from the makeup and hair industries, prizes will be awarded, refreshments and nibbles provided afterwards to celebrate the event after the winners are announced.
