Ethan always enjoyed cooking and baking at home with his Mum and Dad. He regularly watched Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay on TV which he believes influenced his career choice. “It just seemed like the right thing for me to do” Ethan stated. On completion of his formal schooling Ethan researched online a range of restaurants’ to explore what style of food he would like to cook. “I ended up choosing the place I felt was the most challenging, where I would learn the most” he added. He secured an Apprenticeship situated in one of Melbourne’s finest restaurants that challenged their Chef’s to create modern, adventurous food.
