St Ursula’s has launched Rhythm and Brews — a new collaborative initiative bringing together VET Hospitality and Entertainment students in a vibrant, cross-disciplinary project.

Held every Tuesday, Rhythm and Brews gives students the opportunity to work creatively across year levels and training packages, building both technical and transferable skills in a real-world setting.

Hospitality students manage food and beverage service, while Entertainment students curate and deliver live performances — from music and staging to lighting and audio. This unique, student-led experience is designed to simulate industry collaboration and foster a sense of ownership, teamwork, and pride.

The initiative is proudly managed by the VET students themselves and supported by teachers who act as mentors, helping students bring their ideas to life.
