Celebrating Skills, Success and the Spark of VET

Sydney Catholic Schools is proud to celebrate the power and potential of Vocational Education and Training (VET). This special event brings together the heart of our VET community — from our WorldSkills champions and Regional Training Awards finalists, to the schools lighting up National Skills Week with student showcases and industry engagement.

We also honour the incredible dedication of our teachers, including those with over 20 years of service, who continue to inspire, train, and mentor students with unwavering passion. These educators keep the flame of VET burning brightly — guiding young people to follow their interests, build their skills, and achieve mastery in their chosen fields.

Adding to the celebration, we are proud to welcome guest speakers who once studied a VET course at school and have gone on to pursue their passion in the workforce. They will share their learning and career journeys, showing just how powerful VET can be in shaping meaningful futures.
