National Skills Week 2018 was launched in NSW on Tuesday 28th August at NSW Parliament House, by The Hon. Adam Marshall MP, Minister for Tourism and Major Events, and Assistant Minister for Skills.
Founder of National Skills Week and SkillsOne CEO, Brian Wexham hosted the event, which enjoyed speaking appearances on the panel with Managing Director of TAFE NSW Jon Black, VET Pathways Officer Rochelle Dowley, and Apprentice Chef at The Star Institute, Mr Cris Matkowski.
The evening’s proceedings celebrated this years theme “Real Skills for Real Careers” featuring skill displays by staff and students from TAFE NSW, including fashion, floristry, augmented reality and more! Photography by SkillsOne.
