The HGT Youth Skills Showcase, held on Sunday 28th August, coordinated by Hospitality Group Training WA and attended by The Hon, Liza Harvey MLA, Deputy Premier, Minster for Training and WorkForce Development , Minister for Police, and Road Safety and Minister for Women’s Interests proudly acknowledged the commencement of National Skills Week 2016 in Western Australia.

The five star gala event celebrated the achievement of apprentice chefs, restauranteurs, hoteliers and floor management staff across Western Australia and drew focus to the fantastic hospitality and tourism industry in WA.

The evening was attended by  government ministers, national and state presidents of major hospitality & tourism industry organisations, media personalities, leading executive chefs, restaurateurs and the supporting public.
