On Wednesday 24 August 2015 with the help of The Hon Yvette D’Ath MP, Attorney-General, Minister for Justice and Minister for Training and Skills, TAFE Queensland launched National Skills Week 2015 in Brisbane.

The morning featured incredible skills on showcase by students from TAFE Queensland. Cookery students cooking up a sensational and healthy breakfast featuring fresh ingredients from the garden beds. Floristry students created corsages to wear and eat. Horticultural students started replanting in some of the gardens. Talented music students provided some great music and fitness students took the opportunity to work out in a green and open space.
