This is the seventh workshop in the SALT National Skills Week Tour but the very first on to be run in South Australia and workshop number 177 for SALT. This is the fifth Australian State that SALT has visited in 2018. Since 2012 SALT has had a vision to teach as many women and girls as possible basic tool use to give them confidence and self esteem plus a I CAN DO this attitude. This workshop will teach the young women from Glossop High School how to safely use 11 different tools. The trades represented by the SALT tradies include carpentry, painting & decorating, and heavy vehicle mechanics for this workshop.
