This is the eighth workshop in the SALT National Skills Week Tour and workshop number 178 for SALT. Woodville High School will be participants at this very special workshop, the first run with the RAAF. Since 2012 SALT has had a vision to teach as many women and girls as possible basic tool use to give them confidence and self esteem plus a I CAN DO this attitude. This workshop will teach the young women from Woodville High School how to safely use 11 different tools. The trades represented by the SALT tradies include carpentry, painting & decorating, air support fitter, plumber and heavy vehicle mechanics for this workshop.
