SkillsOne working with the Department of Industry has created a FREE careers showcase entitled Skills and Thrills that takes careers information out of the office and onto the big screen, talking to high school students about vocational education and training (VET), career pathways and trade and skilled careers in an engaging and entertaining way using video, animation and music.
The Skills and Thrills careers film talks to students about:
- Jobs of the future
- Industry areas of need (sectors experiencing skill shortages)
- How to connect their passion to a career pathway
- Where to go for quality vocational training
The Skills and Thrills careers showcase in the Coffs Harbour region will be held at the following location in March.

Location: Event Cinemas – Cnr Bray Street and Pacific Highway, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450
Session times: 10 – 11am, 11:30am – 12:30pm, 1 – 2pm
