The 2016 E-Oz and Skills Oz Conference is the only event of its type in Australia, attracting over 500 delegates in previous individual national conferences, which included industry experts, consultants and government regulators.

The 2016 Annual Conference will take on a different aspect this year. With many changes to Industry Skills Councils, E-Oz and CPSISC are this year combining as E-Oz and Skills Oz, to bring you “THE industry led conference”. The conference will bring together the knowledge of the ElectroComms and Energy Utilities industries as well as the Construction and Property Services industries and present to delegates an exciting range of addresses, workshops and forums.

The theme for 2016 is Assuring quality in the National VET system – Change, Challenge and Opportunity and will focus on where the industry stands with the current and impending VET situation; including future changes the industry is facing and how these changes can be addressed.

The Conference will bring together key policy experts and decision makers to cover a range of topics in compliance, equity, growth and renewable energy, emerging technology, workplace safety and government views on the VET system.

WHO WILL BE ATTENDING?

Comprising of CEOs, General Managers, Human Resources and Training Managers from large and small utilities, electrical contracting organisations, construction and property services organisations, industry associations, key stakeholder groups and government representatives from across Australia.

There will also be a large number of representatives from public and private training providers servicing the Australian Construction, Property Services, Electrotechnology and Energy industries in attendance.

WHAT DOES THE COST COVER?

The conference fee of $2300 covers the full conference 2 days registration, the welcome cocktail event, the conference dinner, and two nights accommodation (including breakfast daily).

$1800 covers the conference two full days registration, the conference dinner and one nights accommodation, (including breakfast).
